I've been seeing on the internet pictures of phones that have the icons changed and I would love to learn how. Thanks

  1. As of now, I haven't seen any Legal apps from Apps Store that can change icons. You can Jailbreak it and use the app called Winterboard that is downloadable via Cydia Installer. So far jailbreaking is your only option.
