I was wondering what are the best kind of snowboard boots for me if I have a size 12.5 shoe with flat feet?

You should visit the local Surefoot store where you ski/board. They should do a battery of measurements, and tests and things in order to detemine you correct size, and if you need (and seeing as you have flat feet you probably will need) a custom orthotic footbed, etc.

They are a bit expensive, but totally worth it, and they have a good 2 year "growing pain" guarantee, so any adjustments done to the boots are pretty much free for 2 years.
