I was wondering what the quote was from Kung Fu Panda movie when they were over the water and scroll.?

It was the scene in the movie when the turtle and the master were over the water and the turtle told him that he had a vision that that one was going to escape and come to the village. He said something about water and when you are agitated you can't see clearly but when your mind is clear you can see...something to that effect. If you can help me that would be great thanks!
