  1. What wbaker said is true it will mainly come down to practice.

But if you are looking for a new set go into one of the golf shops and explain to them that "I'm off a 24 handicap and I want some new clubs" because then they will take you on a tour of the shop and explain things about all the different clubs.

New clubs will only help your game a little but if you make an effot to practice even once a week, your handicap will drop in no time.

  2. I think the best thing for you would be to go to a store where you can try out the clubs at a practice net.  Some stores even have a swing analyzer which tells you how far the ball would have gone and whether it faded or drew. I'm sure the assistant would help you find the right clubs as well.  But my advice is to spend as big as you can and to go for big names such as callaway, ping or taylormade as these are usually the best no matter what level you are at.

  3. Taylor Made Golf- R7 Draw Rescue Hybrid Graphite

  4. Score improvement is only loosely connected to new equipment...If you want to really improve your scoring...you will need lessons and practice.   a 24 handicap is not earned  just from "old" golf clubs...there are generally underlying swing problems that are preventing you from scoring.  fix those and then buy newer clubs..

  5. you do not need new golf clubs, you need a new swing. take lessons, watch videos on golf, watch videos from adam harrell search adam harrell golf.
