  2. Not to leech off of Rick but he is right Ebay is a great place to look. A question I have for you though is what do you consider "cheap" and are you looking for something new or just any ol PDA/PPC phone that will play movies for you..

    Another thing is that depending on the type you get you will have to take into consideration how the movies you wish to watch are formatted (encoded) and any possible third party movie players.

    A good one for MPEG-1 (mpg, avi, etc) is Pocket TV and it is free.
