Now I work for Tmobile(NCO) and been here for a while so far... and the job is much easier. I love Alexander Gram Bell and grew up with AT&T all my childhood and now I can not get hired there(*APPARENTLY* AT&T fired me and "not" the call center I worked for) again... waah... unless anyone out there knows another way?

P.S. how and why I got fired? I read three paragraphed disclaimers before the sale and had a "YES" after every one of them and the customer complained..because the amount of taxes and surcharges so I broke company policy "slamming" AT&T ?

  1. Move on with your life. If you care that much about AT&T, then you should realize that they don't care about you. They don't like you. They don't like anyone. They only care about making money. And they make money through customers. And if a customer complained, they risk losing money. So they fired you. And besides, less employees means less pay checks. Move onto something better with your life. Don't be discouraged. Explore new hobbies or things around town. Be innovative and creative. Try to make up something meaningful, instead of being a worker at a call center. Seriously, how great and meaningful is that? And you can always thank yourself in the end for finally leaving that corporation death trap. Enjoy your life!

  2. Good for you and you're probably best off away from that bunch of cheats.
