I was working on my Chakras And found that I could move some kind electric current around what is it?

My arm hair gets all static. So whats going on and is there more to this?

I want more out of my training help me someone!

more than likely it is static electricity, and while you are working on your inner energy, it could be as simple as your clothing on a synthetic carpet.

Electric-like currents are how some people perceive prana or chi, but the hairs standing on end have a slight kundalini flavour too, nice work!  You can investigate this further by looking up chi-gung / qigong.  The link below should be of  interest as well...the author also has a book, "Energy Work" that expands on this.

The taoists especially take this stuff a very long way.  A good next step is to get proficient with the microcosmic orbit.  Mantak Chia is a major reference for this - "Awaken Healing Energy of The Tao" for example.  Beyond that there's fusion of the five elements, cosmic fusion etc...have fun!
