  1. Case dismissed, lack of evidence

  2. the out come will be, you have to return to school because you english sucks. baby!!!!!

  3. I would like to make a suggestion, learn English there is still time

  4. your statement will be deemed inadmissible as you are dyslexic don't worry though prisons are full off people who are innocent

  5. It will all be down to your barrister and how good they are at their job. So I would say that for you the choice of defence counsel is essential, as I presume you are entering a not guilty plea?

  6. The District Attorney or the police department will probably drop the case if they can't link you to the crime. No jury would convict you without evidence anyhow.

  7. Don't speak that way in court whatever you do.  Legal people can see right through double negatives.  If you were in the chippy, surely the person serving you can confirm that fact.  Otherwise I'm afraid the outcome will be heavily influenced by the colour of your skin.  Go to the CAB for some good legal advice.

  8. Police cannot arrest someone just because another person said to.  The officers need to actually see the offense happen.  If there is bodily harm that can change, but there would still have to be significant evidence to prove that you did it.

  9. "I never done nothink"???!!!!

have you ever considered applying to be on a tv programme?  Jeremy Kyle would be apt.............

  10. If there is no evidence the CPS could well throw it out and it may never get to Court. Good luck and ignore the people who say you can't spell. I understood your question.

  11. KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT AND DON'T SPEAK TO THE POLICE ESPECIALLY IF YOUR INNOCENT. EVEN IF YOU DIDN'T DO IT YOUR STATEMENTS TO THE POLICE CAN CONVICT YOU.
