I washed my girlfriends new tracksuit and somehow a nappy got in the machine its covered in fluff?

I guess it's the tracksuit that's covered in fluff ...

One simple approach that has worked for me is to put it in the dryer with a couple of damp (not wet) towels.

Generally, it's a good idea to turn clothing inside-out before washing. It prevents fading, pilling (those little balls of fiber on the surface of the fabric) and if fluff is going to be deposited, it's on the inside (!)

Lint brush,  or get a piece of tape and wrap it around your hand and use that as a lint brush.

do the lint brush thing or the sticky tape thing then re wash the outfit with some fabric softener and that should take care of it

Either wash it again, or what I do is take tape and stick it to the clothing to remove the fuzz.
