I washed the scooper off in the toilet and now it is backed up what i do. we snaked it and pluged already .?

Don't use any drain cleaner in a toilet.  Many times you have to auger and auger until you get the clog removed.  Don't give up so easy.

I presume that you mean a pooper scooper as in used for a pet.

Here are some suggestions to help clear it. If you have sewerage then you can go to a hardware and get some caustic soda and put it down the toot - carefully as on the instructions and I do mean carefully - I take no responsibility for your actions - ok

If you have a septic toilet - with your own inground tank then a hardware should have some enzyme pellets that you can put down the toot with some warm water and leave a while to let the little fellas do their stuff - they may help to clear it

If you are not confident on these things then call a plumber - they are after all qualified to help you.

Is it warm where you live? If so sometimes in really hot weather a gas bubble will form and block the pipe and suddenly it will clear - you will hear a big gurgle and a rushing of water
