Question:

I wasnt born with wide shoulders...and i was wondering if i work out alot on my shoulders can i get wide ones?

  1. yea do alot of dumbell shoulder presses do low reps and some sets of high reps but mostly low reps man


  2. By working out you can make them bigger, yes. Wider, a bit. But not that much, unless you work out a lot and for a long time so you have enormous muscles with popping veins (seriously not attractive..)    You can't change your bodies structure and natural shape, but you can tweek it here and there with strategic muscle building.

  3. No, NO ,No No, and no. If it has to do with our structural integrity, in other words, skeletal system, the only way to lengthen any bone or joint is to re-break and to elongate by some type of artificial means, such as rods and , well, you get the idea. But here;s another idea. try toning your upper arms and by doing minor toning exercises, you"ll see a difference!
