It was actually the first time I had taken the initiative to follow the election. Anyway, my question is: Do politicians always read from a projection screen when giving speeches?

have you ever heard obama give an interview--he sounds worse than BUSH ---but give that man a teleprompter----and he sounds like a Southern Baptist preacher

Well the only person to read from a screen last night was actually Mayor Gueliani. Most politicians do usually read their speech though.

Almost always. Even lincoln read the Gettysburg address from the back of the envelope he wrote it on.
