can i ever get rid of my glasses??

i am 18 and i can´t see in the farness...

i can read without my glasses but for college and co i need my glasses...

what to do??

YOga, carrots?... what to do?

Contacts or lasik surgery. I used to wear contacts, but found that my number increased every year. I had surgery done2 yrs ago and its been good.

once you get eye sight , it is very difficult to make it perfect back, by using contact lens you can avoid glasses, try to have more vitamin A products and leafy veg....

Your best options for getting rid of your glasses is to wear contacts or to get laser surgery. I wear contacts and I love them.
