  4. Swimoutlet is good. Sometimes I see women at the gym wearing a sports bra in addition to a swim suit, it may be bulky, but it may be worth it for the extra support.

  5. Lands End has some swimsuits available that are sold by bra size.  Whether they have something in a DDD, I don't know for sure.  They have a website.
