I wear glasses and use microphone heaphones, any advice for the discomfort?

I wear glasses and the headphone microphones tend to press my glasses against my ears.

  1. You can stop being a deuche and deal with the discomfort for a few hours... or you could  buy the headphones that go around your head, not over the top of it.

I have to wear glasses too, and I use my headphones with mic built in it, like this:  put the band that usually one wears on top of their head, under your chin instead.  It's just the opposite of what one would normally wear it.  This way, no pressure happens to your ears or sides of your head.  Hope I explained that clearly.  Pls. let me know if this helps you?  Bye fur now.

  4. You can wear the headphones on just one ear (wear them on your head normally, but put one of the phones just behind your ear), that will relieve some of the discomfort
