When I play sports, it is such a pain in the butt ( pardon the pun) to have to constantly pick my underwear out from riding up my butt. Thongs are very comfortable. Pick the right size and not only do you have your hands free to play sports, but you also get the no panty line bonus.

I remember when I thought it was weird to wear such a thing. Now, I can't even imagine wearing those "granny pannties".

go to target( iknow they have them) and buy spandex underwear. they're like boyshorts but since they're made of mostly of spandex they only have a tiny seam at the bottem but nowhere else. they dont bunch up, and they are really comfortable, there is also no panty line.b/c if they just look like part of the shorts.

its actually more hygenic to wear underwear preferably not thongs- but i know thats the way most girls wear it. but its your choice.

It depends.  Do you feel comfortable in a thong or not.  It is not a requirement to wear one.  But please, do wear SOMETHING because wearing nothing is trashy.  You can wear your regular underwear, briefs, hipsters, whatever!  Just wear something and that's all that matters.  It's because when you don't wear anything, people notice and then that is all they pay attention to.  Then everything is jiggling around and I really don't think you want to feel that uncomfortable.  You can wear a thong or panties or whatever you wear.  Your there to play volleyball and do the best you can, not a beauty pageant. Depends if you find it confortable or not. I wouldnt suggest wearing nothing under the spandex, especially if you sweat a lot.

Try with underwear you find comfortable, and without obvious outlines.

I just wear girl boxers, I find them great for this.
