I weigh 107 and im 15.....?

im like 5 foot 5 inches is this normal.? i feel like i have a stomach but people think im too thin and im soo confused and i don't know if i should like wiegh more or less or im good or what...

  2. We are always our greatest critics, but without seeing you, I'd say that's normal to below average weight for your height. If you don't like your stomach, however, what I would recommend is a bit of ab exercise. Sometimes even thin individuals can have a bit of a paunch if they don't do any sort of physical exertion.

  3. I think it a little under weight, but I don't believe you got a stomach, if you do believe you have a stomach, then just do some sit ups...

  6. I think that would probably be ok but a little bit more weight for healthiness and working out for fitness would be good.

    If you want to get rid of the stomach and if you can handle it , do 100-200 situps a day and you can lose the stomach fast.

  7. Your quite good you should be around 115 b/c im 15 and 5'5 and im a guy and i weight 140, not fat.. Just put on a little big of weight and you should be fine. Also eat healthier.

  10. I think you are under weight. You need to put on about 10 pounds at least. Don't think the way to gain weight is to eat a lot of junk food. Just eat normally. Eat 2,000 calories a day. Hope this helps!

  11. You should ask your doctor what the average weight is for a 5 ft 5in girl is.  This way you know if you're under weight or over weight.

  14. i hav the same prob so i kno where ur cumn 4rom ppl say im 2 skinny b/c im like 5/6" && im like 80-90 pounds..... jus try 2 eat more... alot of meat protein.. even if u work-out. that would work b/c u wood b addn muscle 2 ur bodi && thay wood put sum meat on ur bones

  17. Do not worry about what people say. As long as you are healthy you are fine.  If it is really bothering you, talk to you family doctor.  They are the only ones who can really tell you if you are healthy or not.   You could also ask your school's gym teacher, they would be able to give you a good idea of where your weight should be as well.  It is good to want to be healthy, but do not you worry yourself sick.

  18. You're fine. I'm 5'3" and i weigh about 104 and i think i'm fine. i eat good and i'm healthy, so i think its just fine dont listen to what other people tell you if its negative
