I weigh 108, how many calories do I burn an hour doing this activities?

Jumping rope.

Swimming (not that fast, but not leisurely eathier).

Biking (again, not super slow, but not super fast).

Roller skating (medium pase).

Any other activies burn lots of caloriess?

  4. Let's see, first of all your weight has nothing to do with how many calories you burn doing any activity. Second why are you worried about it other than you just want to hear that it really does not matter.
