  1. First you need to switch stuff up you can't lift the same weight alot and expect to get stronger and stronger.  Muscles get use to the weight overtime so slowly increase your weight as you go in sets.  Start out with 85 lbs. do it 10 times then move to 95 and do that 8 times then move to the next weight that you can do 6 times and increase from there.  But don't just do flat bench press use dumbbells because they workout your stabilizing muscles more than a barbell.  Do incline and decline dumbbell press also some flyes.  Switch things up and do high reps lower weight and then switch back to your power sets of high weight low reps.  Stick with it and it will work plus if your coach is any good he should know how to help you.

  2. To get stronger, try lifting more weight or decreasing the weight but doing more reps/sets. Genetics can have a role but to what extent I'm not sure of. And possibly to assure that you will get stronger get a personal trainer at a gym. And make sure you do different lifts besides just the bench press. Other lifts will make different muscles stronger unlike doing one lift where you are only focusing on one specific area.

  3. Dude eat a lil bit more until you weigh 130 then start lifting more like try 5lb's more everyday. But if you want to be good at corner you need to work on ur back pedals and legs. I strongly suggest squats. I played LB last year but my coach wants me to play FB this year cause i dominate :).
