Question:

I weigh 122 i am 5'3 is this good?

I workout 5 days a week Run 6miles daily and do some ab videos and the elleptical for 30 minutes . I want to get on a very strict diet anyone have any tips on food or different workout routines I love fruits and vegetables need more ideas to add on to i want to weigh 110 by the end of Septemember.

  1. I think you are at an excellent weight but being in shape and healthy is also an excellent thing.  I dont think you have to run 6 miles every day but running is great and fruits and veggies also get carbs in there.  Just dont eat too much sugar and salty things.

  3. I admire your body already.  If you work out 5 days a week, I don't think you should lose any weight since you are already perfect.

    Losing 12 pounds within 1 month will cause depression.  Regardless you have physical instructor, nutritionist, or doctor.  

    I am a woman, I do prefer women are not skinny.

  4. aww i envy you i'd love to be able to take up long distance running but my parents only want me to focus on my studies. i'm getting off track anyway if you have noticable muscles and abs your weight could be coming from your muscles. muscles do weigh more than fat. i think your weight is already perfectly fine and healthy you could also take a online BMI it estimates if your at a healthy weight or if your overweight or obese determinded by your weight and height i think they work at least.
