I've done weight watcher before but I just can never remember to write anything down. I've been trying to eat better and exercise and I've been loosing like 1 or 2 pounds a week. I'm not looking for immediate results, but how much should I weigh, and estimating at loosing 1.5 pounds a week, could I get to that goal but December 30, 2008?
