  1. WHY THE HECK R U GIVING THIS GIRL ADVICE ON HOW TO LOOSE WEIGHT!!. WHAT WRONG WITH YOU. She is underwieght! A good 13 year old should be at least 100-105.

    When i was 13, i was like 115, 5 2 and very thin. I got all my lbs from soccer and sports.

    Just eat healthy and don't worry about your weight. Alot of times, you hear your friends saying, "ohh im 90 pounds. But most of the time, they are lying to make themselves feel beter. Be pround of the way u look.

    Well...

    I am a healthy 15 year old girl, i eat nutricous meals, exercise regularly, and drink plenty.

    I am 5'4, so only an inch taller than you (but two years older) and i weigh 8 stone (112 pounds)

    This is really underweight and i strongly recomend you put on a little weight, this doesn't mean unhealthy sugary and salty snacks, just a higher protein diet and larger portions.

    Eat plenty meats, fish, dairy products, avoid salty and sugary foods and exercise but not exessively.

    Most importantly be happy with your body!
