Question:

I weigh a normal amount but i LOOK big? confused..?

okayy. im 13 and i weigh 95 and im approximatley 5 feet tall.

its not my weight that im concerned about. its the fact that i have a somewhat "pouch" on my lower abs section. its hard for me to explain. its like my entire stomach area is flat then once you get to my lower abs you see this little section that just pops out a bit like a pouch. anyways. i was wondering how i could get rid of it. i knnow that im taking it way to seriously but ive always been used to being the skinniest and having a flat stomache. should i just work out and eat diet like any regular person trying to lose weight? idkk. im just so confused and sorry if you dont understand me cuz it was hard to explain.

  1. The 'pouch' is bloating. Eat low salt foods and drink about 2-3 litres of water daily, this will fix it.


  2. Your still not over weight, and its in your head.

  3. well your not overweight for your age... i recommend just working out your abs

  4. Just stop eating for 2 or 3 days at a time and when you do eat vomit after.


  5. Do crunches. You'll be fine. Concentrate on more important things in life like school.

  7. 13 years old that's a h**l of an age you will be going through so many changes, laking is good, working up a sweat doing something you can sustain for 20 minutes a day 2 or 3 days a week will help.  Be gentle with yourself, be your own best friend, good luck
