  2. idk about work outs, but i stopped eating meat and lost about 40 pounds in a year and a half, and i have no problems keeping it off.

  4. i agree excersize can only tire you out but that doesn't mean you shouldnt do it... try a 30 min jog every day and take at least two good water breaks in between that.

    a balanced diet will help the most...fruits and veggies...thats all i can say

  6. Exercise is secondary. First is diet. I weight 180lbs, and I workout like crazy, I got down to 175 in 2 months, but after cutting my diet, the last 10lbs came off easy in 1 month
