I weigh more after running?

heyy guys! i weighed myself before i went running and i weighed 132. i run for about 45 minutes, and when i cam back i weighed myself again and i the scale said 136. This was before i drank anything too... whats going on?

  2. I think the others are missing the point of your question.  If you did not eat/drink anything while running and did not have any more clothing on, then it is physically impossible for you to have gained weight.  Most likely, you just don't have a very accurate scale.

  3. wen u run u gain more muscle so it may feel like ur fat but ur realli gainin muscle and burning fatt

    dnt feel fat at all and dnt trip it all muscle

  4. You won't just drop pounds magically. It's going to take time. Continue to run everyday or every other and you will hopefull see results asap. It could also be the water, you had to drink something, before or after this run.
