Question:

I weigh more than I look..(185)?

Yeah well I'm 5 10 roughly .. a little more .. about 5 10 and 5/8's.. but I'm not very big mass wise.. I'm not fat, but iI'm not ripped. I'm able to grab very little of my stomach.. not even a handful, I bench about 200 pounds .. maybe 210, & squat isn't great at all I used to run every day & still do once & a wihle, so my legs aren't big eeither.. I don't konw where it's coming from?? Any ideas & how to lose the weight? Can it be bone density, or water weight?/ I really doubt that thuogh.. ? any ideas??

  1. even if your legs dint look big,you still have lots of muscles in them since you used to run everyday,and you still run once in a while. and if you can bench 200 pounds, then you have ALOT of muscles. did you ever take anything like creating? if you've taken if before, and if you stopped/dont take it anymore then that can be a reason why you weigh so much, even if you dont look fat, you weigh more after taking creatine. if that or you dont go "number 2" that much, get some cleansing pills/pills that make you go number 2.

  4. Keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat.  

    I weigh 250 lbs, but most people would guess I weigh between 200 and 225.  

    Alot of my muscle mass is in the legs due to weight lifting and playing soccer my whole life.
