Yeah well I'm 5 10 roughly .. a little more .. about 5 10 and 5/8's.. but I'm not very big mass wise.. I'm not fat, but iI'm not ripped. I'm able to grab very little of my stomach.. not even a handful, I bench about 200 pounds .. maybe 210, & squat isn't great at all I used to run every day & still do once & a wihle, so my legs aren't big eeither.. I don't konw where it's coming from?? Any ideas & how to lose the weight? Can it be bone density, or water weight?/ I really doubt that thuogh.. ? any ideas??
