  1. You should gain weight by eating healthy foods rather than junk food. Nuts, full fat cheeses, full fat yogurts, whole milk, butter.....these are all good nutritious foods that will help you gain weight.  But you also dont want to go overboard and start a journey on the road to heart disease, high cholesterol...

    I recommend you work with a nutritionist or your family doctor to help you plan balanced meals to obtain your goal the right way.  There are other important factors that need to be taken in consideration such as your weight, age, s*x (m or f), BMI, metabolic rates, electrolytes, cbc count.....

    PS:  It's refreshing to see someone who is interested in gaining weight rather than starving themselves!

    Hmmm... overweight, underweight or just right depends upon your age, height, build and whether you're male or female.

    114 pounds for a female is good if you're 1.5 meters to 1.65 meters tall.

    You don't supply your age or gender or height.

    just remember you can upset the chemistry of your body with supplements and poison your body..
