I had my daughter 7 months ago. At the start of my pregnancy I was 126 lbs. A while before I got pregnant I was 116 lbs. When I was 9 months pregnant, I weighed about 170 lbs.

Since having my daughter, I try to eat healthier. Nothing huge like eating all fruits and veggies. I don't eat a lot of fat or junk foods. I haven't exercised except for running errands, playing with the baby and cleaning the house.

How can I weigh 118 lbs. without doing anything? I feel like I should weigh about 130 lbs. though. I guess I'm still pretty flabby in areas and I have horrid stretch marks in unmentionable areas.

How can you lose weight just by living?

  1. u know that happened to me. I was 105 before i got pregnant, then the 1st mnth i dropped to 95, then gained it right back. I ended up being 127 at 37 wks. (i'm really short). Now i weight 108 and i still feel fat. my butt got bigger, my hips spread, and my tummy is still flabby. oh and my b***s are a lil bigger than before. i dont understand how im back at my weight but still flabby. I dont eat differently, i work, play with my baby, run errands and clean. i dont excercise other then an occaisional dance night (once a mnth) and maybe a walk down my street (like 1000 ft)

i love junk food! so i dunno. maybe someone else will have the answer.

  2. You just made me feel so much better! I am 5'5" 130 pre-pregnancy currently 33 weeks and 152.......ahhh you just made my weekend!!

You lose weight by losing water you accumulated during your pregnancy and if you're breastfeeding that helps a lot too!

  3. Lucky you!! I'm sitting here wishing I had those figures (and your figure).. I'm so jealous- I can't lose the weight for the life of me!!
