  2. I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow.   3. There aren't remedies, there aren't magic diets. You didn't get to weigh 202lbs by magic, you aren't going to lose it with magic.

    To make sure you keep it off instead of just gaining it right back, you need to make sure that you actually do this healthily. Crash diets will balloon you right up because you can't possibly exist on this diet.

    DIET

    Eat 5-6 small meals a day consisting of lean protein and natural carbs.

    EXERCISE

    Do cardio, weight training, and yoga...make sure to workout several times a week.

  4. Cut out soda, and snacks. Exercise at least an hour a day, I mean good cardio exercise.  Eat smaller meals several times a day, Don't do the 3 big meal thing, it will make you more tempted to snack in between. Stay hydrated. Diets DO NOT work, eating right and exercise do. It's about portion control and hard work.

  5. You should drop 40 to 60 lbs in 4 months on the high protein, low carb diet. Purchase a book and keep a food diary. Knowledge will help you reach this goal, not fads or pills. Do your research. This is fourth grade health.
