  1. 30 pushups ( 15 a set )

    50 crucnhes

    *REST*

    20 double crunches

    20 sit ups

    *STOP*

dont use those workout machines..they will make u stronger..but u have to keep working out nonstop or ur muscles will go out of shape and start getting weaker..

just stick with the good ol' fashion work out!

  2. Well just excersice lol...

    Cheers!

  3. Go online for an ideal body weight calculator. Sometimes people think there weight is in healthy range but in reality it's not. It is always good to check that out first. Evaluate your diet and see what types of food you eat  on a daily basis. Then going to the gym will do you some good.

Cardio is really important. You can do all the muscle toning in the world but your metabolism will be low and cardio burns calories. Try running either by machine or treadmill. Try biking, or take an exercise class.

Do crunches, either on the floor or machine. You have to target those stomach muscles. Do push-ups. When I do them I feel that tension in my stomach area.

  4. do a lot of crunches and stomach excercises. everyday you do crunches, try to beat the amount you did the day before.

  5. go to the local gym, ask the biggest guy there where you can score some steroids. In a month; tops two you will be all set.
