I got in the pool two days ago a little early to take my time warming up, and decided to do a little breaststroke pace. I felt pretty good, so I told my coach I wanted to do a 100 breast sprint off the blocks. I did, and dropped 3 seconds! from a 1:16.95 to a 1:13.70. This was after a 3 hour practice in the morning from 6 to 9. I came back at 2 to do another hour and 30 minutes. I did this in a crappy practice suit, no cap (my hair is pretty long for a guy), and almost no preparation. What is possible in a championship meet? I'll have a fastskin on and a cap. I'm 13 years of age. Thanks! =]
