MY steering wheel gets really shakey at about 50 mph after i did this. Is it just cause there is mud on the tires or whats wrong?

  1. wash the underside and wheels just a little extra weight will cause vibrations


  2. sounds like you nocked a weight off of your tires get them balanced

  3. What type of vehicle?  I had an 80 K5 Blazer that would do that every so often.  I ended up changing the front stabilizer shock. I never had a problem with it again.  Without knowing your vehicle, it's hard to give you pointers.
