i've been trying to get fitter so i've been doing more active things i went on a three hour walk in the morning after helping out at my stables and when i got home i went on a bike ride and now legs really hurt i don't mind it but tomorrow i have this bike ride with my friend and i was wondering if there was anyway to make them hurt less because i love bike riding and dont want to be held back.i'm 13 and i want to be fitter to lose some weight and i know that you have to deal with the pain i just want to know if there's a way to reduce it so i don't get held back on the bike. thanks. x
