Question:

I went surfing at Jaws yesterday...?

I finally decided to go again, since last time I broke my arm.

The waves were gnarly yesterday man, those were the sickest most scariest waves i've surfed in a long time.

Anyways, my back got the flesh ripped from it wiping out into a reef/rocks. I had to get staples in my thigh because my fin crashed down on it. Every time I go to the d**n place I always end up getting hurt.

The doctors really didnt tell me what to put on it so it can heal faster. I need to get back out there and surf as soon as possible. Any remedies, so it'll heal at a super fast pace?

  1. Nothing right now. A wound like that has to heal and dry , otherwise the healing process takes longer....while the staples are in just leave it alone. After the staples are removed you can use a topical antibiotic ointment to ease it...aloe vera gel and Vitamin E oil is also good to help prevent pulling of the healing skin and help prevent scarring..

  2. Ouch..thats looks horrible

i hope you'll feel better soon

    it needs time to heal

  3. oww, man.  What i freak out most about surfing is the stuff underneath.  Those waves are huge!!!  I'm surfing Wrightsville beach!  hat's my excitement.

Uhh, I don't really have any remedies... yo ould get like tea tree oil and rub it on it, and make sure you don't re-open the wound, that would definetly make it take longer to heal.

  4. you dont want to rush healling somthing like that

  5. you have to keep it dry and dont do much, just calm down and rest for a while, dont do anything that could hurt you even m0re, just let it settle and im sure it will just be fine.
