I went through a place called Elite Financial Solutions in Ft.Lauderdale, FL, are they legist?

I currently just went through a place called Elite Financial Solutions in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. They help you get out of debt. Can anybody please tell me something about them, I want to make sure that I am not getting screwed over?

I know someone who has been using that company (Elite Financial Solutions in Ft Lauderdale FL) for some time now and is pleased with them.  I think he used another company first and wasn't happy, but then swiched to Elite and has been very satisfied.
