good,I was able to talk to the manager,I told her that I would have only my sodas tonight instead of having it with the chicken cesar bowls,When I told the manager this,she didn't say,"I'm sorry about that sir,we'll take care of it,she just took the order and that was it.I didn't feel good about that experience,because I would have thought the manager would have at least said to me,I'm sorry about that.I just wanted to tell you about the experience that I had

I have noticed a general trend in all fast food places to not give 1/2 a cra* about their service to you at all.  KFC is one of the worst, they'll mess an order up badly and get angry if you come back.  It's annoying.

People in the food serving business don't seem to care about customer service anymore, they just care about the money they bring in. And they get people angry but they never complain, you should step up and complain about it! Don't take that sort of abuse!
