  1. If your chiropractor was a bit rough, find someone more gentle, like an osteopath who gives nice massage first to loosen everything up.

There may be no cause for panic. When your spine is out then you are accumulating stress daily but not aware of it. After a good therapy it is quite normal to feel that tiredness now and you should take as much rest as possible for a few days. Some people feel instant energy and relief while others feel tired. But if there is a feeling of relief otherwise then that is a good sign. If there is any pain then that is not. Go back to the chiropractor or search for a better one in that case.

  2. This is not only dangerous, but extremely dangerous. In some rare cases the chiropractor can mess up with his physical treatments and actually cause severe and permanent injury, and your symptoms seem to indicate such activity. You need to see you chiropractor again asap...the consequences could be crippling.

  3. I have to disagree.

A good knowledgeable chiropractor can work wonders for your body & funnily enough your mind too.

Being tired is because your connective tissue has been worked, muscles, fascia, joints etc... the tireness is because they are repairing and resetting themselves back to their factory settings so to speak :-)

As long your chiropractor is accredited by your state/countries Chiropractic association (he/she will have a number on their card usually that you can easily check online) and their original college/university that they studied at there is no need to worry.

It's the same reason that your sore and/or tired after working out for the first time in a long time.

    No need to worry :-)

  4. Well for one thing after you see a chriropractor you are suppose to drink plenty of woater to relase the toxins in your body and why you feel tired is because it releases natural pain endorphins so you can rest. take aadvantage of getting some rest.....

  5. The two are unlikely to be related.  Spinal manipulation does not cause next day fatigue.

However, if you saw the chiropractor for physical therapy or work hardening following an injury, some soreness or fatigue is to be expected.
