I went to a restaurant and?

Found like 7 long hairs on my food. And I think I ate like 5 of them. Should I sue them? It was in a chinese joint. I got my refund back.

why would you continue to eat the hairs? that is what i don't understand here, 7 long hairs, you ate five... now i am just imagining you at the table counting them out pulling them out from the rest of the food and downing them one by one like long spaghetti noodles... seriously they should counter sue for stupidity.

ok, well after the first and or second hair that you did eat.. if you were questioning the food... you shouldve stopped! because you did eat most of it.. and got your money back already.. and didnt get sick.. i dont think you have a good case

If you don't want hairs in your food, then eat at home. You got your money back. Don't go there again. Why would you sue? You said you didn't get sick.

Restaurants are not perfect. Normal people work at them just like you. We have hair too. I know it shouldn't happen but it does. NO matter where you go.

That is a lot of hair that you found, but on what grounds would you sue? Leave the Chinese alone!!! LOL

You're not going to get anything out of suing them if you didn't get sick. Maybe report them to the board of health and they might get shut down or something but no way are you getting a payday from it.

You should deffinantly sue come on really hair in your food that is just unsanitary and unhealthy who ever owns the place needs to either clean up and be careful or just close the place down really i think you should sue.

Report them to the health department. Also, EWWWWWWWWWWWW. I've heard of one but you sound like you found a whole clump. Yuck! It's cool you got a refund. I wouldn't sue unless I had the time and money. Go talk to someone that gives free legal advice but report them to the health department regardless.
