I went to atm in walmart to get money. The first time i tried taking out 260 but it didnt come out,.

I tried the second time but the receipt came out and said insuffiecient funds. I went home and check online for my transactions and it showed it charged my card 260 but i never got it. How do i fix this? THe atm said that National Citizen Bank own the atm

Call YOUR bank immediately and tell them what happened.  Most likely you have a temporary hold on your account right now because of the attempt to withdraw the money.  But you do need to report it right away.

It is more than likely that there is a record of the machine not dispensing any money but it cannot remove the hold on your funds on its own.  It will have to be balanced.  I'm sure it will get straightened out but you do need to report the error to your bank.  It doesn't really matter who owns the machine you used.

Always contact your bank first for any problems or questions with your account.

go or write to the bank if it took moniesof your reciept but no cash it will show in the atm when they balance the machine but get on to it .the banks already get a great dividend from our money

did you have enough money to cover the withdrawal fee? if you only had 260 in your account, it probably wont work.

Go back to the machine and look for a way to contact the distributor.

If you can't find a phone number ask Almaty.  Also you can go to your bank and ask them to fix the problem
