  1. Sometimes a head massage could help (indian is the best - you can normally find a practitioner in a local gym or health centre) or some aromatherapy oils. do a research on-line which oils help. This is one of the websites with info - but there are many: http://www.quinessence.com/alternate-ran...

The best way to do it is Steam Inhalation: Add 8 drops of oil to a bowl of hot water and inhale steam.

  2. Could be stress or migraine. Keep a record of what you eat and see if there is any link between what you have eaten and the head aches. Known foods that can trigger a migraine are, Cheese, Chocolate, Orange juice and red wine. You can also get cluster headaches, so if they continue, ask to see a neurologist.

  3. I take Topamax it's for migraines but works for tension headaches you take one at night and it really helps. I have chronic headaches too

  4. Have you had an eye test recently? a lot of headaches can come from eye strain so if you havent been checked in a while go for a sight test.

Also what foods are you eating, my brother got constant migranes for a long time and it turned out that he had a food sensitivity.

  5. It's not that they keep coming back. It's that they never went away, you've just masked the pain for a while.

Your doctor has treated the symptoms but not the actual cause of the headaches.

A lot of the time headaches are caused by back or neck problems that you aren't noticing or simple dehydration. Are you drinking enough water? If you are then see a chiropractor because there is a good chance this could be a factor in the headaches.

If that doesn't work then go back to your doctor or see a different doctor and ask them to look at why you're getting the headaches because you don't just want to take painkillers.

Pain is the body's way of telling you that something is wrong so it's not good to just ignore it.
