I went to so wonder.com do i have a virus?

i downloaded the thing? how do i get rid of the virus if i have one and how do i know if i did get one?

First make sure you have an antivirus program installed (I use AVG8 Free), download and run spybot search and destroy (from filehippo.com) to check for stubborn spyware/malware, be careful when installing programs to make sure you don't install any toolbars. Then download spyware terminator as your real-time spyware shield and do another scan with that. Go to control panel>add/remove programs and look fo any odd entries or anything like "myfunweb" "mycoolweb" or "winantivirus" and remove them. Download Ccleaner (filehippo.com), go to advanced settings  and uncheck the 48hrs box, then run the cleaner and registry cleaner (do make a backup when asked) then restart. As a general rule, you know you have something nasty if your PC is slow, jittery or you have a flicker in your screen.

No, not necessarily. Wonder.com is a domain that has recently or some time ago been released to the open wild by it's original owner, and some company came along to buy the domain and put up a webpage like that in hopes that someone might want to buy the domain from them for some bogus and ripoff $500 (when most domains are worth only $7 to $10 per year).

You don't have to worry about wonder.com, as it is not the kind of website that tries tamper with your machine.

But if you really care, I recommend that you use housecall.trendmicro.com as it is a very reliable free and online virus scanner. It is more reliable because if you were infected with a virus, it would not be able to melt the antivirus application to keep the antivirus application from being able to detect any viruses, the virus, or to function at all.

First go to the site www.siteadvisor.com to check the website if you are not sure about the website and get AVAST ANTI-VIRUS IF YOU DO HAVE ONE :)
