I went to the Er, they did blood work and a finger prick?

They did not find any thing, I am very tired, thirsty, foot tingles, chest hurts, could the diabetes test been right, i did just have coffee about a half hour before

Get a secound opinion especially if you had fasted before your sugar went normal. But you got the symptoms but it's not the end of the world. I was on Metformin Meds now I take supplements vitamins..Fish oil,vitaminB,C,D,E,A,Garlic supplements and stay away from flour goods bread and processed meats like bologna,hot dogs. It is a falicy that is too much sugar not true it is too much starches and carbs.

The Finger Stick is NOT a diagostic tool. They just did this to see if your sugars were way too high.  Even normal people will get wierd if their sugar is too high (like after eating a triple scoop hot fudge sundae with sprinkles and oreo cookie bits)

What you describe COULD be a reaction fo caffeine.

If you are concerned, you should make an appointment with your doctr ASAP.
