I went to vietnam and met a girl now shes pregnant how can i get her to usa?

what kind of visa is the best way to go? will she get denied? where do i go to try to get here here? someone please help

Fly her to Mexico, have her walk across the US Boder, and then she can join the millions thet will be granted amnesty and instant citizenship.

If she's the love of your life, then marry her. The fastest way is to bring her to the US is as your fiancee'. This usually take less time (6 months or so) than bringing her here as your spouse (1 year or more). In any case, the American consulate @ her local city will help you both to go through the proper channels. Of course, there will be a lot of paper works to be done. And if she's carrying your child, & you're a citizen of the US, i don't think she'll be denied. Good luck & congratulation !

Wow! You shouldn't have done that. Traveling is OK, but making others pregnant is not. Maybe you have been trapped into a difficult situation so that you will have to marry her or bring her to the US to give birth and that the child will automatically have American citizenship. And after that,  do you think that she will continue living with you? or you alone have to support the child?

I have known a similar story from an Australian guy , and the woman he brought from VN left him just a few months after arriving in Australia to live with another man.

Think again before making your decision.

the best way to go is to file a k-1 visa for her that is how my husband got here it took him about 7 months to get here in the usa we got married and he has his green card and he has only been here for 11 months! so go talk to to a lawyer and file for a k-1 visa so she can come here

the best way for her is maybe not the easiest for you. to make it as fast as possible, you should marry her in vietnam and then immediatly file there the paperwork for her greencard immigration. she has to do there her medicals, fingerprints and so on. after a few weeks your package and visa for her is ready and she can travel with you together to the usa. if you can't fly there for several weeks, it will get pretty complicated for her.

Don't fly her to Mexico and what's up with the criticism about him getting her pregnant. My advice is to go see an immigration attorney. Legal advice from people on here is not the best. Good luck.
