You need to have checks done before you can work in the uk.

CRB (criminal record) check takes about a month. You cant work in nursing without one.  (It will cost you around £56.00).

What kind of nurse are you?

What qualification do you hold?

A registered general nurse in the uk must have done a 3 year degree in nursing with on-site uk  experience.

I think you will find it hard to find anybody whom will employ you, as with very poor English you are a high risk to the patients.

Get a degree in nursing, maybe try doing it over in the UK/ Bristol so you can improve your English at the same time. There are loads of language colleges in Clifton where I am in Bristol that provide you lodging and teach you English, and you can study for a nursing qualification at the universites or colleges here. You scare me..if you get a job in Bristol and I`m admitted to your  hospital..you cant spell ,can you read properly...certainly not my idea of the ideal nurse candidate...

You need to be an excellent speller to be a Nurse in Bristol (come to think of it any other part of England as well).
