  1. I know, it is difficult to convince them with such kind status. Because many low income immigrants intend to remain in USA after they enter with visiting visa or trust visa. I don't blame the immigration officer because there are millions of illegal immigrants here. However, if your friend send you an invitation for her wedding and gave them some sort of guarantee that you will go back, may you may have 50% chance to get your visa. Good luck.

  2. will you be going back home?

maybe say that your mother is ill and that you provide care for her? idk

  3. Only way is

1.Take any property papers, to show you own such and such place, car etc.

    2. Show number of dependents in India

    3. If you are working then get a letter from your employer stating you are working from ..... date till now

And lastly but the most important is Pray!

  4. it is very common in US that when a person visits then he tries not to come back because of its never ending opportunities...that is why the embassies make sure that u give them necessary reasons for coming back.

u can say that u have many responsibilities back in ur country...u can also add that u have to do much for ur own country than for the rest of the world.

    good luck.

  5. Kabayan, first of all your friend cannot apply for the B2 for you. You will apply for it yourself at the US Embassy in Manila. Her invitation to you for her renewal of vows is a supporting document. You will still have to prove that you will return to the Philippines after the ceremony. In your statement that you are single and have low pay work, how do you expect the consul to believe that you have adequate funds to finance your stay in the US for the duration of your vacation?

At any rate, employment certification detailing your gross annual income, ITR for the most recent year, bank statements for the past 6 months with sufficient funds, real estate title(s), parents dependent on your financial support, car registration, (all these in your name). That is as much as you can do. Let us just hope that the consul will see your honesty and sincerity when you get to your interview. Good Luck!**
