  1. I would also like to add to Barry's answer...

The departing buses to Toronto starts from the main bus station and then it makes a stop in Kirkland [West Island of Montreal] which is closer to the airport. It is not a bus station, the tickets are sold in a convenience store and the bus stops in the parking lot to pick up passengers.

"Bus stop for Voyageur/Greyhound/other bus routes between Montreal and Ottawa/Kingston/Toronto. Convenience store acts as ticket and parcel outlet. Not all routes stop here; check operators' schedules."

    Kirkland Stop: DEPANNEUR BONSOIR

    2875 BOUL. ST CHARLES

    Kirkland, PQ H9H 3B5

    514-630-4836

There are 8 departures on Sunday, April 27th. I just noticed in two of the departures: 11am and 1pm...according to their schedule for those departures: after departing from the main bus station, the next stop is Trudeau Airport then the Kirkland stop. I would call and enquired about that. Because that stop is new to me. That would be perfect for you if it stops at the airport!

So call the Main Bus Station @ 514-843-4231

    STATION CENTRALE DAUTOBUS MONTREAL INC.

    505 BOUL DE MAISONNEUVE EST

    Montreal, PQ H2L4R6

    Airport to Main Bus Station:

According to Google maps, it's 21.7km away...22 mins drive [plus traffic, if any]

    Airport to Kirkland Stop:

According to Google maps, it's 12.1km away...14 mins drive [plus traffic, if any]

If you are not too comfortable with going to a convenience store to take the bus and rather go to the main bus station, there are shuttle buses that will take you directly to the bus station for a fee. $14 one way.

Bus: L'Aérobus (tel: (514) 842 2281) offers a shuttle service from the airport to the Montréal Bus Central Station in the centre of Montréal. A complimentary shuttle service is available between the Montréal Bus Central Station and major downtown hotels. Shuttles depart every 25 minutes from the terminal forecourt in front of the Arrivals area.

    Have a safe trip!

  2. The first person has given you the address, to get there take the airport express bus from PET airport, off at the the QE hotel, it is around the corner, I would still get a cab, as you may have alot of luggage.

As for the Greyhound bus terminal or in french Gare/Station du Autobus Greyhound, as for the cost it is around $60 dollars one way and if your returning it is cheaper to do it round trip, buses to Toronto run around 3-4 times daily ( you may get on a bus with the old Voyegaer sign) so if you in at 9:45 am, and get to the terminal by noon, you should get a mid to late afternoon bus (the train is faster and not much more, and your in the same area to), the time to Toronto depends on an express bus or a milk run stops at every lamp post, it can be 6-8 hours.

Your going to arrive at the downtown Toronto bus terminal on Bay at Dundas, so if you want to get from there after midnight you may have to take a streetcar or bus, the subway stops at 1 am. A taxi would be last option unless it is a short trip.

I worked as a chef in the area for 7 years and have and still do take the bus to Brantford were my family, whats left of them live.
