  1. yeah your old enough to.. start like 4 jobs.. one guy i know is moving out of his home and he's 16 and a half... he worked 4 jobs for a year and has 30,000 saved!

  2. your not a legal adult and your still under your parents care.  unless you take it to court

  3. Sure, you can move out at age 17.  Just remember the grass is not always greener somewhere else.  Think long and hard about what your fights are about, and why you are having these fights.  You say you have a job and have enough money to get a place.  Do you have enough money for the rent, the electricity, the water, your phone bill-be it a land lock phone or a cell phone-? Do you have enough money for food?  If you are having fights will you be able to take the furnishings from your bedroom at your parents house to your new place, or are they keeping those furnishings?  If you cannot take those furnishings then you will need a bed.  You will also need other furnishings for your place.  You will need dishes, towels.  Will your place have a washer and drier?  Or will there be a laundromat facility available for the apartment complex or nearby?  Do you also have your own transportation?  If you do not have a car are you willing to take the bus or other public transportation?  If you move out are your parents going to keep you on their health insurance plan or does your employer offer health insurance for you?  Having enough money for your own place means more than just one month's rent.  If you decide to move out you will soon realize that the extra money you think you have now for stylish clothes, shoes, music, and other things that teens consider necessary will no be available.  There are expenses that come up that you probably do not realize.  Those doctor visits that you make aen't free.  Going to the dentist regulary isn't free or cheap.  These are things that your parents pay for now.  Will your parents continue to pay for such incidentals if you move out?  Are you planning to attend college? If you are planning to attend college will yu be living on campus?  If so, are the fights you claim to be having so bad that you can't just wait it out until you leave for college.  If you move out now then go to college in a year are your parents still going to help you?  These are all things you need to think long and hard about.  Moving out may seem like the easy way out, but when you stop and think about everything it entails it's not as simple as most teenagers think it is.  My answer probably will not be the popular answer, but it is the truth.  And, sometimes the truth hurts.
