I will be 18 at the end of aug, in nov. i will have had my permit for 6 months, can i get my drivers license?

That depends on whether or not you can pass the behind the wheel test

Upon being 18 you are supposed to be able to get your license even if you had your permit for less than 6 months prior to that time. However, if you don't pass the test then it all that stuff doesn't matter b/c you won't get a license :(
