  1. Yes off course! You can use Yahoo services in any computer anywhere in the world. It's not dependent to any service provider.

  4. Yes, you will, as long as you sign in with your username and password.

Yes.  I suggest everyone to get a web based (free) e-mail address (like @yahoo.com) just so you have the freedom of switching ISPs and not worrying about losing your e-mail address.  For example, if I were to have switched from AOL dial-up to Comcast cable internet to Bellsouth DSL, I would have had three possible e-mail addresses but if I created a Yahoo e-mail address back when I had AOL, I'd have the same e-mail address (for life).  As long as you can get on the internet, you can get to Yahoo's pages.

  6. Yes. Yahoo.com exists outside your Internet provider.
