Will submitting transcripts from high school and college be enough evidence for this form?

  1. As CPG says, the regs are quite clear, the two you of you need to have met during the past 2 years. So, if you want to petition her, love must find a way.


  2. Have you even read the instructions for the I-129F?

    You must have met your finacee at least once within the two years before you file the petition and this must be documented.

    You are not eligible by your own admission of having not seen this person in three years.

  3. You must have met with your fiancée in person within the last two years prior to filing for the visa. This requirement can be waived only if meeting your fiancée in person violates long-established customs, or if meeting your fiancée creates an extreme hardship for you.

    The US citizen and foreign fiance(e) must be free to marry. All previous marriages must have been officially dissolved with official documentation as proof.  



    The US citizen and foreign fiance(e) must have met within the past 2 years.



    The US citizen must not have previously applied for a K-1 fiance(e) visa.



    The US citizen must not have a criminal history.



    The foreign fiance(e) must not have any previous US immigration violations, communicable diseases, or criminal history.



    Both US citizen and foreign fiance(e) must intend to marry one another within 90 days of his/her arrival into the US.

  4. This relationship doesn't sound like a real relationship to me. You were engaged for 3 years. And have not seen eachother for 3 years. Your petition will surely get denied!

  5. If you can prove that the reason you have not met are religious or cultural you may be able to still file and be approved.
